Встречаются маленькие пытнышки на страницах. Отсутсвует верхний каптал. Очевидно, что книга очень мало использовалась (см. фото). Тысячестраничная “Кулинария”, изданная в 1955 году, предназначалась для поваров, но в советское время была мечтой каждой хозяйки. Такой увесистый том передавали из поколения в поколение. В справочнике есть все: рецепты роскошных блюд; описание всех процессов, связанных с приготовлением пищи; основы рационального питания и диетические блюда; чертежи достижений пищевой промышленности (например, картофелечистки или протирочной машины); кухня народов союзных республики; примеры сервировки.
