Indigenous Religious Musics (SOAS Studies in Music), 2000 first edition, no CD

Indigenous Religious Musics (SOAS Studies in Music), 2000 first edition, first printing. This book was supposed to come with a CD, but it is missing. The dust jacket has a wear on top edge and top of the spine, and few light scratches. The hardcover has scuffing on top and bottom of the spine, and slight scuffing on bottom corners. On the inside of the cover, under the flap, the name of the first owner is written. The book is kind of slanted – the top cover is going upward and to the right, as shown on Photo #4. Now the good news: binding is strong, and all 225 pages look like new.
